After thousands of years many vampires are tired of the way their government is being controlled. One rebel vampire leads to another, until there is a whole rebel army threatening the Volturri's way of life. Those who stand strong in between this all are the werewolves, waiting for vampire government to grow unstable enough to attack. And then there are the naive and oblivious humans, who walk among those who are different than the rest. Who will you choose to appear to be? When betrayal lurks around the corner who do you know to trust?
